Our Launch Product

The first product that will be brought to market by Sushi Machine is a
“Sushi Rolling Machine”. This machine will be available in 3 sizes allowing customers to make 3 different kinds of sushi roll:

• 25mm Diameter – Hosomaki

• 35mm Diameter – Chu Maki / Inside out rolls (ISO)

• 45mm Diameter – Futomaki

This product effectively de-skills the act of making sushi rolls allowing an untrained chef to produce consistent sushi with minimal training.
