 Regular Rolls (nori on outside)

  1. Cut 1 whole nori sheet to ¾ size (75%)
  2. Lay the nori sheet on the white rolling plates
  3. Place the transparent rice guide in place. It will secure on the mounting blocks to ensure correct placement
  4. Fill the space in the rice guide with cooked and seasoned sushi rice. Spread the rice to the edge. The rice guide also is the exact depth of rice you need to make a perfect roll.
  5. Remove the rice guide
  6. Lay your pre-cut fillings across the rice sheet. Line the fillings up with the mounting blocks
  7. Pull the handle towards you using both hands
  8. Return the handle to original position
  9. Rotate the roll 90 degrees towards you and pull the handle once more.
  10. Upon retuning the handle to the rest position your roll will be complete.
  11. Remove the roll and place it seal side down on a non stick tray.
  12. Leave for 10 minutes+ before cutting to ensure a clean cut.

Inside out rolls/California rolls

(rice on the outside)

  1. Spray / wipe the rolling plates with a thin coat of vegetable oil.
  2. Lay the rice guide in place usine the mounting blocks to correctly align it.
  3. Fill the space in the rice guide with cooked and seasoned sushi rice. Spread the rice to the edge. The rice guide also is the exact depth of rice you need to make a perfect roll.
  4. Lay a ½ (50%) size nori sheet across the rice, shiny side up (you should see a small line of rice above and below the nori.
  5. Lay your pre-cut fillings across the norisheet. Line the fillings up with the mounting blocks
  6. Pull the handle towards you using both hands
  7. Return the handle to original position
  8. Rotate the roll 90 degrees towards you and pull the handle once more.
  9. Upon retuning the handle to the rest position your roll will be complete.
  10. Remove the roll and place it seal side down on a non stick tray (you can roll the pre-cut sushi roll in sesame seeds to prevent sticking).
  11. Leave for 10 minutes+ before cutting to ensure a clean cut.
